Gado Gado Bowls. We’ve been eating these non-stop and while we sometimes forgo the potatoes to save on carbs we LOVE these bowls. We don’t exactly make the peanut sauce from scratch. We buy the peanut vinaigrette from Trader Joes which is a standout all by itself. Thank you Bon Appetít for your scrumptious recipes!
